Welcome to PixelArtGenerator.xyz, a browser-based image to pixel art generator. By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Description of the Service

This Site lets you load an image in your browser, adjust pixel art settings, preview the result, and download a pixel art image. The tool includes controls such as pixel block size, color adjustment, palette mode, dithering, and optional grid output.

The conversion happens locally in your browser. We do not upload your source image to our server for conversion, and we do not store the pixel art image you download.

2. Acceptable Use

This Site is not directed at children under the age of 16. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or that you are using it with appropriate permission from a parent or guardian where required.

You may use the Site for personal or commercial projects, subject to these Terms and the rights you have in the source material. You must not:

  • Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or abusive purposes.
  • Upload, convert, or distribute images that infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
  • Use generated images in a way that misleads others about endorsement, origin, ownership, or affiliation.

  • Use automated systems to bulk-generate images in a way that places unreasonable load on the Site.

3. Source Images and Generated Output

You are responsible for the images you load into the tool and for how you use any exported pixel art output.

We claim no ownership over your source images or generated output. However, your rights in a generated image depend on the rights you have in the original image and any third-party content it contains. If you use someone else's image, logo, character, artwork, photo, or brand asset, you are responsible for making sure your use is allowed.

We do not review, moderate, or retain the images you process in the browser.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site itself, including its interface, code, design, text, examples, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or host the Site or a substantially similar version of it without permission, except where allowed by applicable law.

Third-party trademarks, names, images, and creative works remain the property of their respective owners.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of USD $10 or the amount you paid to use the Site in the twelve months before the claim.
